I'm already a week late with this news, but better now than never, I guess. The guys over at xnadev.ru have packaged an alpha release of their C#/XNA port of the Bullet physics library.

Bullet is probably one of the best choices for implementing CPU-based physics in C++ right now and with BulletX, it's now available in pure C# code with no P/Invoke calls at all. This is a good thing because it means that you can run BulletX on the PC, on the XBox 360 and possible future platforms as well.
