Small tools for software developers, usually to automate repetitive and
boring tasks. When I find myself doing something repeatedly, I usually write
a small command line tool to do it for me. These are the tools that made
it into complete, polished programs usable not only in a very restricted space.

UML Sculptor is a lightweight UML modeling tool for class diagrams.
It is not a complete UML solution, it doesn't do round-trip engineering and it consists of only a single executable file. But because of that, it's exceptionally quick, easy to use and provides an excellent workflow.
